Service is our Duty
Sahayog Samarpan Seva Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, established in 2016. Guided by the motto “Service is our Duty” (सेवा हेच कर्म), we work for social welfare and humanitarian service through cooperation, volunteerism and nation-building.
Our Objectives
- Undertake social, educational and humanitarian activities for the needy, economically weaker, marginalized and underprivileged sections of society.
- Organize programs in education, healthcare, sanitation, environmental conservation, women empowerment, child welfare, youth development and public awareness.
- Provide financial, medical, educational and moral support to the poor, orphans, persons with disabilities, senior citizens, widows and victims of natural or man-made disasters.
- Promote the spirit of service, cooperation, volunteerism and nation-building among citizens.
- Collaborate with Government authorities, local self-government bodies and other social organizations for community development.
Our Journey & Activities
What began as Sahayog Samarpan Group has grown into a registered foundation, carrying forward years of dedicated seva. For over eight years, our members have celebrated Diwali by bringing joy to others — visiting old-age homes and institutions for children with disabilities, sharing groceries, fruits, essentials and festive warmth.
On Maharashtra Day 2026, we visited Anam Prem — an institution working for blind and differently-abled children — and provided groceries and daily essentials as a mark of seva on the state’s foundation day.
In October 2025, on the occasion of our group’s 10th anniversary, we celebrated Diwali at Anam Prem, Nimblak, supporting students with grains, groceries and daily-use items, and witnessed their vocational training programs.
Our Diwali initiatives have included visits to Matoshri Vriddhashram, Viladghat (2023 and 2024), where we spent time with elderly residents and distributed faral, groceries, fruits, first-aid kits and other necessities.

Governance
The Foundation is governed by a Managing Committee comprising the President, Vice President, Secretary, Administrative Officer and Treasurer, elected for a term of three years. An Annual General Meeting is held every year to present the annual report, financial statement and action plan.
- Managing Committee members must be at least 21 years of age and have passed Class 12 (Higher Secondary).
- Membership is open to any Indian citizen who agrees with the Foundation’s objectives.
- One-time membership fee: ₹500 (Ordinary Member). Lifetime membership: ₹1,000.

सहायोग समर्पण सेवा फाउंडेशन ही अहिल्यानगर, महाराष्ट्र येथील एक ना-नफा संस्था आहे, जी २०१६ मध्ये स्थापन झाली. “सेवा हेच कर्म” या तत्त्वाखाली आम्ही सहकार्य, स्वयंसेवा आणि राष्ट्रनिर्माणाच्या भावनेने सामाजिक कल्याण आणि मानवी सेवेचे कार्य करतो.
आमची उद्दिष्टे
- गरजू, आर्थिकदृष्ट्या दुर्बल, वंचित आणि पिडीत वर्गासाठी सामाजिक, शैक्षणिक आणि मानवी हिताची कार्ये करणे.
- शिक्षण, आरोग्य, स्वच्छता, पर्यावरण संवर्धन, महिला सक्षमीकरण, बालकल्याण, युवा विकास आणि जनजागृती यासंबंधी कार्यक्रम राबवणे.
- गरीब, अनाथ, अपंग, वृद्ध, विधवा आणि नैसर्गिक किंवा मानवनिर्मित आपत्तीग्रस्तांना आर्थिक, वैद्यकीय, शैक्षणिक आणि नैतिक मदत पुरवणे.
- नागरिकांमध्ये सेवा, सहकार्य, स्वयंसेवा आणि राष्ट्रनिर्माणाची भावना वाढवणे.
- शासन, स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्था आणि इतर सामाजिक संस्थांसोबत सहकार्य करून समाज विकासासाठी कार्य करणे.
आमचा प्रवास आणि कार्य
सहायोग समर्पण ग्रुप म्हणून सुरू झालेले हे कार्य आता नोंदणीकृत फाउंडेशन म्हणून पुढे चालू आहे. गेली ८ ते १० वर्षे आम्ही दिवाळीच्या निमित्ताने वृद्धाश्रम आणि दिव्यांग मुलांसाठी कार्यरत असलेल्या संस्थांना भेट देऊन त्यांच्या चेहऱ्यावर आनंद आणण्याचे उपक्रम राबवत आहोत.
१ मे २०२६ रोजी महाराष्ट्र दिनानिमित्त अनाम प्रेम संस्थेला (अंध व अपंग मुलांसाठी कार्यरत) भेट देऊन किराणा व जीवनावश्यक वस्तू पुरवल्या.
२० ऑक्टोबर २०२५ रोजी आमच्या ग्रुपच्या १० वर्षे पूर्ण झाल्यानिमित्त अनाप्रेम संस्था, निंबळक येथे दिवाळी साजरी करून विद्यार्थ्यांना धान्य, किराणा आणि दैनंदिन वस्तू भेट दिल्या.
३१ ऑक्टोबर २०२४ आणि १३ नोव्हेंबर २०२३ रोजी मातोश्री वृद्धाश्रम, विळदघाट येथे वृद्ध आजी-आजोबांसोबत दिवाळी साजरी करून फराळ, किराणा, फळे, first-aid आणि इतर साहित्य वाटले.

व्यवस्थापन
फाउंडेशनचे व्यवस्थापन अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष, सचिव, प्रशासकीय अधिकारी आणि कोषाध्यक्ष यांच्या समितीद्वारे केले जाते. समितीचा कार्यकाळ तीन वर्षे असून दरवर्षी वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभा आयोजित केली जाते.
- समिती सदस्यांचे किमान वय २१ वर्ष आणि किमान शैक्षणिक पात्रता १२वी उत्तीर्ण.
- फाउंडेशनच्या उद्दिष्टांशी सहमत असलेल्या कोणत्याही भारतीय नागरिकाला सदस्यत्व मिळू शकते.
- एकवेळ सदस्यत्व शुल्क: ₹५०० | आजीवन सदस्यत्व: ₹१,०००.
